I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to great dining and nightlife. The room was comfortable, but the noise from the construction site nearby was quite disruptive. The service from some staff members was a bit brusque, but Eddy was an absolute gem who made me feel welcome. Overall, it offers good value for money, but a few tweaks could elevate the stay even more.
